[FAQ] How can I cancel a reservation?

After logging in to our reservation site, you can go to the “Bookings” and click on “Cancel Reservation” to cancel your reservation.

In addition, if you cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy set for each room.

*We do not accept cancellations via phone, email or inquiries. Thank you for your understanding.

*Even if you Inform the operator of the reserved room of your intention to cancel, that will not constitute a cancellation.

*Please be sure to complete the cancellation procedure from your My Page.


How to cancel a reservation

1.Log in to My Page

2.Click “Bookings”

3.Click “Cancel” for the relevant reservation.

4.Click “Booking Cancellation”

If you used a credit card to make the reservation, the following steps will be taken when you cancel.
① The payment made before the cancellation will be canceled.
② A new payment will be made for the amount including the cancellation fee.
Please note that an email with instructions regarding these procedures will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.

[FAQ] What payment methods are supported?

Our reservation site accepts credit card payments and bank transfers.

  • Credit card (Includes debit card and prepaid card)
    • Compatible card brands: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, China UnionPay, Cartes Bancaires
  • Bank transfer (Only spaces in Japan)
    • Reservations must be made by the date listed on the site.

[FAQ] I cannot authenticate my email address when registering as a member

1. After logging in, click the icon on the top right.
2. Select “Email Address” from “Personal Info

3. Click “Save & Send verification email

4.Click the verification button in the email you received.

Click the verification button in the verification email to complete.
The validation email is valid for an hour, so if it has been more than an hour since you received the email, please try resending the validation email following the steps above.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder as it may have gone into your spam folder.

[FAQ] Can I make a provisional reservation?

In principle, we do not accept provisional reservations for rooms.

We may accept provisional reservations for customers who are considering regular use. Please fill in your desired meeting room and desired date and time using “Contact Form.”

[FAQ] Can I enter the room earlier than scheduled?

As our rule, we do not accept entry earlier than your reserved time.

If you would like to enter the facility earlier than your reservation time, please check in advance whether there are any reservations for that time and make the reservation before entering the facility.

Reservations can be made in 15 minute increments, so when you make a reservation, please make sure to include preparation time within the reservation time.

[FAQ] Do I have to clean the room when I leave?

The rooms are operated unmanned and we ask that you do some simple cleaning at the end of your stay. Wet tissues and vacuum cleaners are provided in the room, so please use them. We also ask that you take your trash home with you.

With your cooperation, we can provide you with a cheaper and more comfortable service, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[FAQ] What facilities are available in meeting room?

Basically, all meeting rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector or monitor, a whiteboard, etc. In addition, the above equipment can be used free of charge.

Some meeting rooms are also equipped with microphones, speakers, podiums, ring lights, etc.
