[FAQ] What facilities are available in meeting room?

Basically, all meeting rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector or monitor, a whiteboard, etc. In addition, the above equipment can be used free of charge.

Some meeting rooms are also equipped with microphones, speakers, podiums, ring lights, etc.

[FAQ] What facilities are available in party rooms?

Basically, all party rooms are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, board games, kitchenware etc. In addition, the above facilities are free to use.

Some party rooms are also equipped with rice cookers, amplifiers, speakers, monitors, ring lights, air purifiers, and other equipment.

[FAQ]Can I bring own food and drink in rooms?

You can bring any non-alcoholic beverages and any foods into meeting rooms, but alcoholic beverages are also allowed in the party rooms.

When you leave, please dispose of your trash in the designated area or take it home with you.

[FAQ] Can I change/extend my booking?

If you wish to change the time, you will need to complete the procedure on the booking site.

After logging in, click “Change” for the relevant booking from the “Bookings” to change the time.

*Bookings cannot be changed if the usage fee has been reduced from before the change.

*Only the booking time can be changed, the date cannot be changed. If you would like to change the date (advancing the date and the reservation amount will not be reduced), please contact us.

*Changes can only be made before and during usage hours. It cannot be changed after use is complete.

*Changes can only be made during the time slots that are available at the time of the reservation change.

How to change your booking

1. Log in to the site

2. Click “Bookings”

3. Click on “Change” for the applicable reservation.

4. Enter your requested time in “Start time” and “End time” and click “Confirm”.

Once the operation is complete,'Booking Changed' will be sent to your registered email address, so please check the changes.

[FAQ] How can I pay for a Booking?

RoomKiosk accepts credit card payments and bank transfers.

  • Credit Cards(includes debit card / pre-paid card)
    • Compatible card brands: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay
  • Bank transfer (for spaces located in Japan)
    • Reservations must be made by the date listed on the site.

[FAQ] How can I get a receipt for my Booking?

Regarding the receipt, you can download it by logging into the site and clicking on “Receipt of YYYY/MM/DD” from the “Bookings”.
If you pay by bank transfer, you can download it after the payment is completed.


Additionally, if you wish to change the address on your receipt, please press the icon at the top right of the site after logging in, and select “Personal Info” → “Receipt Name”.
