   3. Location information In using this service, we may request location information from the member's device. We will collect this information only if the member permits the provision of location information.

3. Purpose of Information Use

The collected information will be used for the following purposes:

1. For registration reception, identity verification, member authentication, member setting records, payment calculation of usage fees, and the provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement of this service.
2. For sending, displaying, and measuring the effectiveness of new functions, new plans, or advertisements related to this service.
3. To ensure smooth execution of the member's use of this service.
4. To prevent any acts of violation of these terms or any other fraudulent acts in the use of this service.

7. To search for the current location based on accurate location information and to check the WiFi connection status.

4. Provision to Third Parties

We will not provide the member's privacy information obtained by our company to third parties except in the following cases:

2. When it is necessary to protect the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of a third party, and it is difficult to obtain the member's consent.
3. When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the member's consent.
4. When the member violates the terms of use of this service, and we determine that it is necessary to disclose personal information to protect our rights, property, or services.

5. Correction and Deletion of Privacy Information

Members can request the correction or deletion of their provided privacy information at any time if it is incorrect.

6. Disclosure of Privacy Information

Members can request the disclosure of the personal information they have provided, except in the following cases:

1. When it may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of a third party.
2. When it may significantly hinder the proper execution of our business.
3. When it violates other laws and regulations.
4. When the identity of the requester cannot be confirmed as the member.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
